Tim has been with Pd-m since 2007 and lives and breathes product design. There’s nothing he loves more than getting stuck into a new challenge. As a strong lateral thinker his drive is always to find a beautifully simple solution to a complicated problem.

From bikes in Germany and New Zealand to outdoor gear at Kathmandu, Rich has built up a wealth of design and product know-how. Along the way he discovered a real passion for sustainability, which now drives his work in circular design at Pd-m.

With years of MD-level experience running thriving SMEs, Andrew is now focused on manufacturing back to the UK and cutting carbon along the way.

Richard founded Pd-m in 2005 after spotting a gap for a true turn-key design consultancy. With an MSc in Senior Leadership and an inquisitive mind, he’s passionate about growing businesses and working with clients to put design at the heart of leadership.
