Integrated Quality and Environmental Policy
Pd-m International Limited has developed an Integrated Management System based on the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015. The Pd-m International Ltd team places a high emphasis on continually improving its innovative design, research and manufacturing processes to exceed the requirements of customers.
To fully deliver this policy, the Pd-m International Limited team aim to achieve the following:
Endeavour to continually improve our Integrated Management System based on full team engagement, and the maintenance of this Quality Policy.
Establish strong relationships with customers, suppliers and relevant interested parties that will contribute to improving the quality of our design, research and manufacturing processes along with minimising any adverse environmental impact where practical.
Actively encourage all team members to realise their full potential by increasing knowledge, skills, resources and support needed to continually innovate for the benefit of our customers.
Set meaningful quality objectives that are relevant to both quality and environmental requirements through a framework of Management Review that will then be converted into individual measurable targets for the direction of the Pd-m International business.
Ensure the Objectives & Targets are tracked, reviewed and effectively communicated & understood by all concerned.
Considering environmental aspects in the design & operational activities and implementing relevant controls to ensure that these are managed in a way to protect the environment.
Minimising energy usage by involving all members of staff in energy conservation where practical.
Establish an environment that supports efficient innovative design, research and manufacturing services.
To encourage a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organisation, both technically and in the way we work.
To continually deliver superior quality, integrity and value in all our design, research and manufacturing activities.
Providing quality and environmental awareness and involving all employees in our Integrated Management System improvements.
Continually monitoring and reviewing our environmental progress and aiming to reduce the environmental impacts from the premises, business and the products we design.
The Organisational Context of Pd-m International Limited has been used in the development of this policy by ensuring applicable external and internal factors have been considered along with the needs & expectations of interested parties that are relevant to the company’s direction, continuous improvement and performance of the Integrated Management System.
The Quality Policy is a live document, and reviewed at regular Management Review Meetings.
