We are working with a company dedicated to the development and supply of innovative healthcare products.

They asked us to work with them to produce a motorised lifting device to compliment their existing product range of medical slings.

The technical requirements were that it should be manouverable, a high level of functionality, address infection control and be cost effective to manufacture.

We worked with a local firm who specialise in electro mechanical components and through the development process we created a lifting device which fulfils the clients requirements.

All of the electro mechanical parts are embedded within the fabricated structure which is a key selling point.

We have manufactured a fully functional prototype and the client is currently carrying out trials.
