Industrial Lighting

Our client identified an opportunity to market and sell an luminaire for the industrial lighting market manufactured exclusively from plastic injection moulding.

This provides the benefit of being lighter and more cost effective than the traditional die cast aluminium versions.

Working with the client, we carried out product development from initial concepts through the fully detailed computer aided design modelling.

This went on to producing accurate rapid prototypes for testing and verification.

Once the client had approved our design and development work we worked on design for manufacture.

This culminated in working with our overseas suppliers to produce injection mould tooling.

After initial samples were produced we project managed the manufacture, quality, logistics and delivery to the UK.
